If PayPal tells you that the session has timed out, it is better not to retry. We have experienced this problem occasionally over several years. The problem is sometimes caused by us having out-of-date code on this page, but more often is an incompatibility between the PayPal software and the web browser being used. If you can change to another web browser, you may find that the payment will go through. Alternatively, please go to the PayPal website and follow the instructions to make a payment to train47@hotmail.co.uk. Please also tell the membership secretary about the problem, at that address. |

* Fund transfers If you don't have a credit, debit or charge card, or if you would prefer to pay by transfer from your bank account, click a link to the PayPal Send Money page, then follow the instructions. The email address to send your payment to is train47@hotmail.co.uk. You will see this confirmed as the official PayPal account for the Society. The currency that you set on the PayPal Send Money page must be "Pounds Sterling". Currency conversion is handled by PayPal: if your primary currency is not pounds sterling, you will see the cross-currency rate before you complete the payment. |
